Your Account
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent
unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all
activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary
steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us
immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone
else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform
us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You
can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website.
WorldofClans.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts,
remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will
be without charge to you.

Welcome to the World of clans Arena! Firstly welcome to the growing xbox live clan community website known as WoC.
While the World of Clans community offers a wide range of services and tools from one site to another, this AUP reflects the WoC approach to memberships across our Sites.
A) Acceptance of Agreement.
When you complete the member registration process, you agree to this AUP.
Public Forums and User Submissions
The Website Owner is not responsible for any material submitted to the public
areas by you - which include forums, hosted pages, chat rooms, or any
other public area found on the website. Any material (whether submitted by you
or any other user) is not endorsed, reviewed or approved by the Website Owner.
The Website Owner reserves the right to remove any material submitted or posted
by you in the public areas, without notice to you, if it becomes aware and determines,
in its sole and absolute discretion that you are or there is the likelihood
that you may, including but not limited to -
1. defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights
of other users or any third parties;
2. publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, obscene, indecent
or unlawful material or information;
3. post or upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other
similar software or programmes that may damage the operation of the Website
Owner's and/or a third party's computer system and/or network;
4. violate any copyright, trade mark, other applicable UK or international
laws or intellectual property rights of the Website Owner or any other third
party;
5. submit contents containing marketing or promotional material which is intended
to solicit business.
B) About our Services.
1). WoC Services. As a commitment to our users, we currently provide you with access to a rich collection of online resources. These include various communication tools, online forums, ladders, tournaments, leagues, news, reviews, personalized content and branded programming through WorldofClans' web site-based Service. Some services offered on the WorldofClans Sites are presently provided free of charge. It is possible that this could change in the future.
2). Service Limitations. We will do our best to make your experience with the WorldofClans Sites a pleasurable one. However, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other service interruptions. For this reason, you agree that WorldofClans' services, including the services of our third party service providers, are provided AS IS. The WorldofClans Sites and our third party service providers cannot assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings.
3). Service Changes and Discontinuation. WorldofClans reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service at any time without notice. You agree that WorldofClans will not be liable to You or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
4). Privacy Policy. WorldofClans respects your privacy and has developed a detailed Privacy Policy that is incorporated into this Agreement. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Agreement, you are also accepting the terms of our Privacy Policy.
For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used to notify users about updates to our Web site, used by us to contact users for marketing purposes and Promotional offers.
With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.
We offer e-mail newletters from many of our sites, and only registered members can recieve our newsletters. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by using the un-subscribe link provided in all e-mails from our server. In most cases you will be able to edit this information in your personal profile pages.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. We also offer our members other services provided by third parties such as free e-magazines and free userpages, among others. When you register for membership on any Cyber Console Site or activate a service by clicking on a particular service link (i.e. email) on our sites, you may be automatically registered to receive the free services we offer and some of your Personally Identifiable Information may be transferred from Cyber Console to those third-party service providers. By becoming a member, you authorize us and our third-party service providers to send you email updates and information about promotions and special offers. We take care to require that our third-party service providers only use our member's data as necessary to provide the particular service and to give you updates on that service provider's products and services.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. We may also offer additional services at request, for automatic updates being sent to your mobile phone. These services will require manual entry on the users behalf if they wish to take advantage of these services.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (e.g., ID or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them , a description of information that we maintain about them.
Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, and location information.
Registered users can have this information corrected with-in their own profile pages, or by contacting the administrator via e-mail.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. However, when you submit information about yourself to the Cyber Console Sites over the Internet, the information may travel over many systems that are not under the control of Cyber Console. We take the protection of user data very seriously and to that end provide extra assurances that your information will not be intercepted.
